The Whole Nine Yards Story

From the time I gained consciousness of environment from extensive spectrum, believed Saree as a powerful symbol for woman representation in India. With time passing less woman are seen clothed into it. Western outfits have made an inroad to the wardrobe leaving no space, but its spectacle always leaves me bowled. Saree is the most sensuous garment ever and the best thing it conceals as much as it reveals.

The less you wear, more laborious the project seems. In fact size of the Saree has truncated with time from 7-9 yards to 5 ½-6 yards making it easier for the novice. 80 ways of draping Saree has been recorded. There are no set in stone rules take your pleats to the side, over the hip, wear the Palau like dupatta or try double or triple Saree. No reason it should be worn over a petticoat, style it differently over pants, short skirts.

In India nothing identifies a woman as being Indian as the Saree, the quintessential Indian female garment……

Drape it Drape it Drape it till you get it right…..

Fashion yourself to Laughter….

If you see people laughing, you will smile even if you don’t realize. Studies have proved monkeys, dogs & even rats love a good laugh. People since birth have been doing it before they learned to talk.

Everyone can laugh when time is good but how does one laugh when faced with challenges…?
Smile Smile Smile
Fake it until u make it .The more u smile, your body tricks your mind into believing that it is truly happy even when you thought differently.

People laugh harder while holding a straw in their teeth rather holding in their lips. This is because body responds subconsciously to the sensation of smiling & assumes laughter will come. Many people resting face is a scowl, train yourself to smile while working, jogging n even reading a book.

Laughter is not just in those moments its echo is far deeper. Countless benefits veiled the prime one being makes you look younger, no reason not to laugh…make sure you laugh hard enough taking everybody with you…

Fashionistaaaaaa......

Meaning of Fashionista got rubbed very late
By the time realized saw existence only in it…..

Meaning of Fashionista inherited words which were first hand to me
By the time tailed they had become second, third and fourth in me….

Meaning of Fashionista professed usage of tools which were alien to me
By the time honed it felt they sculpted me…..

Meaning of Fashionista led me to a world of dreams
By the time found grounds realized without them u are incomplete…..

Fashionista has no rhyming…… I fashioned to rhyme with it……..

Placement Fashion – Does it tickle you…?

There’s so much going on with our brain after countless years of studying, there are still many facets of brain that remain mysterious.

The findings suggest that beautiful faces are easy on the eyes, but also on the brain.Research also made us learn easy is better theory over attractiveness. A phone call without clarity of voice leaves us worked up no better example can prove what the above line meant.

Humans recognize faces so easily is surprising they all consist of the same eyes, nose, ears… with small variations. Face is never just a face it is always someone’s face. Unlike birds or flowers which we identify by category. Babies before they learn to speak or babble are instinctively drawn to faces processing as distinct objects.

I am a firm believer in the power of curiosity and choices we make for our fulfillment, but precisely how u arrive at your true calling is an intricate and highly individual dance of discovery.

Why one rose always catches my attention over a bunch of rose or Why two birds look more capturing then a single one is a mystery…

Placement Fashion leaves me tickled…

Fashion: Is it an Internal or External Thing?

Fashion is not restricted to the walls of Clothing, Hair, Accessories but in a way mirrors our personality visually shows our attitude. It is the silent communication. We put our personality at everything, how we behave in diverse environs.

Fashion is not only governed by superficial beautification but an inner reflection of oneself makes it. Fashion is your thinking of doing a thing.

 Coco Chanel when QUOTED this
“Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street, Fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening…..”
She knew what she was talking about.....

 Fashion for a Cause

Fashion can be used to promote a cause. When we overhear this, we are confined with the thinking that fashion shows can be used for welfare purposes.Where it is much more than this.

Fashion is your freedom of style which can be used for a cause. It could be Books donated to the orphanage, Food donated to the Old Age Homes.

Signing of with the thought that Adam and Eve also used their freedom of thinking by covering themselves with leaves.

Fashion is your internal thought process knitted with your external projection.
